I live in California and wanted a house in Tampa Florida, even though I had never been there. I saw John's name on a listing I liked and we started corresponding. He literally was my Eyes and Ears for all the Listings we went through in detail ( approx. 12 different houses ). I would find a house on another web site and he would go look at the house, research the house ( very important ) and give me his opinion on the house. For the particular house that I ended up buying, he went to the property, walked through the house while he was on his cell phone describing all that he was seeing. That is the exact truth of how I bought the house in New Tampa. I could not have done this without John's help ( that is no exaggeration ). To top it all off, when we finally met after all those phone calls, I found that he is just a nice guy that happens to have an awful lot of knowledge about real estate and all the things that surround buying a house in Florida.
