I live in California and wanted a house in Tampa Florida, even though I had never been there. I saw John's name on a listing I liked and we started corresponding. He literally was my Eyes and Ears for all the Listings we went through in detail ( approx. 12 different houses ). I would find a house on another web site and he would go look at the house, research the house ( very important ) and give me his opinion on the house. For the particular house that I ended up buying, he went to the property, walked through the house while he was on his cell phone describing all that he was seeing. At the end of the walk through, I said it sounds like pretty much what I saw on the web site and I asked him to make an offer for me. Since this particular house was a 'short sale', John had already prepared me for the process so I was in good hands. Because I was in California all through the process, John was able to recommend, a house inspector, a pest inspector and all the other services that I needed. I did not meet John or the see the house in person until literally 12 days before I closed on the house. I flew to Tampa for one afternoon, John met me at the airport, drove me to the house and walked through with me, showing me all the things that he had mentioned while he was walking through and talking to me on the phone. That is the exact truth of how I bought the house in New Tampa. I could not have done this without John's help ( that is no exaggeration ). To top it all off, when we finally met after all those phone calls, I found that he is just a nice guy that happens to have an awful lot of knowledge about real estate and all the things that surround buying a house in Florida.
