John and his team were exceptional to deal with. True professionals that guided us through the sometimes difficult house buying process. They had answers to every question, responded in a timely fashion, and were there every time and way we needed them. I couldn't recommend them enough.
I kept a close relationship with one of his coworkers in the past few years. After my tenant moved out at the end of August, I decided to sell the property. John inspected the house and gave me sound suggestion of minor repairs and updates needed. Beginning of October after completion of updates, we listed it for sale. He sent me comps of same style of homes and guided me with insights on real estate sales. He was always available for questions and returned my calls right away. My house was sold at the end of October and escrow was closed on 12/05.
John has a great team of experienced professionals who are on top of the market and fully approved and recommended by the development. They also have vendors available to take care of cleaning and repairs. Escrow was smooth and closed on time.
