John was my agent for the purchase of a home in Homosassa which closed last week. He was wonderful to work with, never hesitating to answer questions, met us at the house several times to allow us to measure & take pictures, guided me through all the paperwork steps efficiently, correctly & completely. John took us through every houe I'd found on line; the house I bought was one on which I gotten a price reduction alert through Zillow & was one of six we viewed that day. It was love at first viewing of the house. We went back to his office where we put the offer together (I appreciatred his having a large monitor on which we could follow each step).
