I was moving from Connecticut to Florida. I was giving Johns name through my broker whom I was dealing with in Florida. Not knowing the area I was choosing to move too and not knowing the surrounding towns, John was advised of my preferences of my areas to live. John and I had to communicate via phone and e-mail for a few months before I was able to get to Florida and find the house of my dreams. Everyday, John sent me list of new houses and my area, via e-mail for my review. He always answered and/or returned my call in a timely fashion.
