I first started my real estate career in Redding, California, in 2005 with GMAC Real Estate. In 2009, I was fortunate to open my own office, Results Real Estate Inc., which I owned and operated as a broker until 2023, when I sold it to relocate to Tennessee. I relocated because of the quieter living and affordability. I chose this area of Tennessee because of the close proximity to the mountains, rivers, hiking trails, and either of the two large cities, both within an hour, Chattanooga and Knoxville. I specialize in working with luxury properties and families. Over the years, I have personally assisted more than 1,500 families in achieving their real estate goals, from mountain properties to river and lake properties. Complete Honesty and was on our side for what was best for our needs.

My husband and I felt that John continuously listened to our needs for the new home that we were looking for, put us at ease with our concerns with the direction the housing market was going and he consistently gave advice to help us see what was important to think about for our future needs when considering a home . We appreciate that he was enthusiastic to show us multiple homes every weekend with our limited availability and was positive and uplifting when we felt discouraged. John is a very competent and knowledgeable real-estate agent.

We met John at an open house and ran him all over east tn when looking for a new house. He was very patient and helpful in guiding us away from problems and towards the place that fit our needs and desires. We highly recommend him if you are serious with your search.
