I worked with John to purchase a condo in 2012 and again recently to sell it. Could not be happier with how everything went. I sold it from out of state and he went above and beyond to manage the entire process and make it unbelievably easy for me. He kept me updated in real-time, got the property cleaned, staged, and photographed quickly, and got it sold for more than I was originally expecting. 10/10, would recommend him to anyone in San Diego looking for a buyer's or seller's agent.
