He’s well connected to get into homes and know when they’re dropping. Our purchase almost fell through the day of closing when we found out there was a substantial fee popping up. John helped navigate that to everyone’s satisfaction! He even bit his tongue on buying us a Dallas Cowboys door mat! 😂 Great guy, great agent, family guy… we will go through him again when we sell.
