John was very quick in setting up showings, which is important in this market. He also is very knowledgeable in this area, which helps for those big move nerves. He’s well connected to get into homes and know when they’re dropping. Our purchase almost fell through the day of closing when we found out there was a substantial fee popping up. John helped navigate that to everyone’s satisfaction! He even bit his tongue on buying us a Dallas Cowboys door mat! 😂 Great guy, great agent, family guy… we will go through him again when we sell.
