He was very professional and walked us through the home buying process very thoroughly since it was our first time buying. He provided recommendations for everything we needed like home inspections and even AC repair. Overall, he was a great realtor to work with and we highly recommend him to everyone. He made the entire process smooth and easy to complete.

John is very knowledgeable of the areas in Lakeland, being able to point us to the right direction on our search (as we weren't from around the area). When we found our home, he helped us through the process and always kept communicating with us about it. He made the transaction very simple and stress free for my wife and I as first time buyers. He helped negotiate some changes to the house so we could avoid big spending upfront. He's also helped us a lot with ideas for the home and gave us tips to stay on a budget.
