John helped me sell a small condo in Boulder. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. He had excellent insight into how to price and market the unit, helping me with both strategy and logistics. He was instrumental to the negotiation process, especially when a few issues came up with regards to inspection items. We also had some issues with the HOA that impacted the seller's loan and he navigated and smoothed that over behind the scenes, buffering me from some of the inconvenience. He was was always available to answer questions and address issues, and I appreciated his calm approach to things. Highly recommend!
