John helped me sell a small condo in Boulder. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. He had excellent insight into how to price and market the unit, helping me with both strategy and logistics. He was instrumental to the negotiation process, especially when a few issues came up with regards to inspection items. We also had some issues with the HOA that impacted the seller's loan and he navigated and smoothed that over behind the scenes, buffering me from some of the inconvenience. I had sold a condo that I was using as an investment property. In order to avoid paying depreciation taxes on it I'd used a 1031 exchange. The my wife and I had many issues working with our agent during this process. When we went to buy the new investment property we thought of John. He was very patient with us to first find a rental property - which was not easy in the current market, but 9 months later he also helped us purchase a house.
