John Grimes is the best!!!! I needed a referral agent for my college buddies condo in Atlanta and referred him to John Grimes. John contacted my buddy right away....answered all his questions, listed his property, got multiple offers and netted $30K over asking. None of that would have happened without John's experience and expertise. Thank you John!!! You're definitely the go to Agent in the Atlanta area and if anyone needs an agent I highly recommend you talk to John before beginning your next sale or purchase.
