John was the most helpful person I could imagine. I am physically disable and he assisted me every step of the way. The interior needed to be painted, I needed to upgrade the kitchen appliances. He was at the home to let them in when delivered. He noticed the cabinet knobs would look better if upgraded. He not only picked them up but installed them too! He ensured that I did not have to go to the closing! He was great!
