It was nice to choose some of those and request a walk through with John. He was very flexible with our schedule availability as my wife and I both work full time. We could only look at homes in the evening or on weekends and he made himself available. The whole process was seamless, we shopped for a home and had the keys two weeks later. It was a great experience.

John assisted in all aspects of my sale from beginning to end. He helped me in preparing the property for listing, lining up vendors who could take care of the necessary work and helping them access the property. I was traveling for some of the time the property was on the market, and John handled everything for me remotely. The marketing was appealing and professional. It was a challenging time of year to sell, but John pursued all potential opportunities. In the end, he worked creatively with me and a prospective buyer to come up with a deal that worked for us both. Throughout the escrow, he communicated very well with me and the buyer to help the transaction go smoothly. Anything that came up, he handled with a can-do attitude, including assistance in helping me move out and transition to the new property.

This was invaluable in helping me to better understand my needs and the market so that I was more prepared when that time came. John was always available for questions and advice and took all time needed to visit the property. John offered great advice in making the offer, resulting in my getting the property below asking price. He negotiated the necessary contingencies. He guided me through the inspections and handled all communication with the sellers agent. He shared knowledge on the community that helped me feel comfortable with choosing the property as my home. I am looking forward to moving in to my new home!
