Scottsdale native John Furrow moved to Bend during the Real Estate crash of 2008 with a minivan + a plan because it seemed like a great place to raise a family, play outdoors and drink good beer...those early days exploring Central Oregon with his wife and sons hold some of John’s fondest memories, meeting new connections and being so thankful for what life has to offer. John's clients benefit not only from his local insider knowledge, but also from his 20 years at UPS, where he learned to work hard and persevere, and from his background teaching rock climbing + windsurfing in Arizona and Mexico, which instilled a unique and positive outlook on all sorts of challenges. An eternal optimist, John treats everyone according to the Golden Rule, and as a Realtor, John’s yearly production and advanced training have earned him the Certified Residential Specialist designation, the most prestigious designation a Realtor can earn. When John and his team, That Furrow Crew aren't helping folks make smart moves and investments, you'll find them donating time + funds to make their community better...they are firm believers in the saying, “the grass is greener where you water it.” John has also volunteered on the Central Oregon Association of Realtors PR Committee and as a leader with the Oregon Residential Real Estate Council helping to create better education and opportunities for all Realtors to improve their service and business.
