John was absolutely terrific. He was extremely responsive and flexible when it came to scheduling anything. He gave me excellent advice and recommendations throughout the entire process. He responded within minutes to any question I asked him. And best of all, I wound up with a beautiful townhome that I love and didn't pay too much for.
