John was always friendly and helpful. He committed himself to meeting my needs during the entire process. In retrospect I think he should have included my solar panels in my listing because I ended up selling to someone who expressed no interest in the panels. Consequently I had to purchase them in order to sell the house. But I think John has learned that too!
