John went above and beyond to assist me with the sale of my house. I inherited the house after my father passed away and I lived hundreds of miles away. John helped me with everything imaginable and made great suggestions on things I didnt even think of. He assisited in helping me get new floors, landscaping and other upgrades even when I was out of town. He made the sale in a down market for more than expected and I was able to do it with ease. John is a great real estate agent. We found a condo and needed to close by the end of the month. The agent who was selling as sub par, John had to stay on her tail the entire time to get things done quickly. John is technical and was able to accomplish most everything via text and email. Even at the closing when the other agent did not show we were concerned we wouldn't even get the keys he was contacting her an she finally showed up. I will use John in my next purchases he had good subjection on who to get for inspections etc.
We’ve used a previous realtor in the past when buying our first home and it was a nightmare. We used John for the sale of that home and the purchase of our 2nd home which we built. He knows the area extremely well, was honest about what we should expect, and fought for us when it was needed. I work over an hour away so it's hard for me to get to the area at a normal time, and my husband doesn't have a flexible schedule, but John worked with us and made himself available.
