John is friendly and knowledgeable. He made good suggestions but was never pushy. He was readily available and went the extra mile to help us stage the home we were selling. He interacted well with the other realtors which helped in negotiating good deals. He was able to help us buy a new home, sell our old home and close both, all within 30 days!
