John was an excellent agent during the long process of purchasing a new build. I was especially grateful for his patience when answering the many questions I had, as this was my first home purchase. This was particularly important to me as I was living on the other side of the country during most of the process. He gave me weekly updates of the build progress in the form of pictures and emails and always made himself available for phone calls. I highly recommend him!

John was so helpful when selling our home! Our home was tricky to sell because of a giant tree to close to the home, to the point that we had to part ways with our previous realtors who couldn't handle it. We called John and he immediately helped us come up with a plan to resolve the tree issue and sell the house. During the whole selling process John was consistently communicative, thoughtful, and really cared about us as clients. I would absolutely recommend John to help sell your house, especially if your house might have more complexities than the average one.

John worked diligently to help me find the right home. He showed me many places and answered all my questions, if he didn't know the answer, he found it. I was not living in the area so John was very patient and helpful with obtaining and sending documents to facilitate the purchase process and after the purchase was completed and escrow closed, John still helped me. I initially called John, don't remember how I even got his number, to ask about a listing I saw on one of the web sites. Knowing we were in town for a limited time, John spent 2 days working hard for us.
