My first contact with John Dirgo Deweese was as the sellers agent for a home I was interested in. It was in Ocean Shores, WA and we weren’t quite ready to buy at that point. He was professional and courteous and understood our situation. We didn’t but that home, but I did ask him if he would act as our buyers agent in the future. I really appreciated his demeanor and it was immediately obvious that he had an incredible working knowledge of the Ocean Shores housing market. My wife and I were not versed in the home buying game, but John led us proficiently through the process, right up to receiving the keys to our new home. I highly recommend John as a real estate agent on either side, buying or selling. He was great to work with!!

He is knowledgeable about the real estate in the area I was interested in. John responded promptly to questions either through emails, texts, and phone calls. In addition to walking me through the home purchase, he assisted in helping connect me with other services in the area.

John was wonderful to work with when I moved to Washington. He spent a full weekend with me one full year before I planned to purchase a home. He sent me possible options throughout the following year. Once my move was upon me, he spent another long weekend showing me properties. All of them were good fits, appropriately meeting my requirements. Once I decided on a home, John made resources available as I made my offer and went through inspections. After the inspection, John reviewed the information with me and I ultimately made the decision not to purchase that particular home. So, the search continued with me not in the area. On a days notice, John walked through the home I ended up purchasing with a phone; testing outlets, turning on faucets, opening closets, testing wall furnaces, and going under the house as well. He made me feel confident enough to be able to purchase a home sight unseen. And he did all of this in a pandemic climate!! Amazing.
