And thus, John took great care in checking on my home, qualifying potential buyers (with the buyer’s agent), soliciting feedback on all showings, etc. He was confident in obtaining an offer above the amount of other realtors I interviewed. I was very satisfied with the selling price of my home. He was excellent in the negotiation process providing reasonable “pushback” to buyer demands. When one of the requirements demanded by the buyer be addressed, John obtained the contractor to complete the necessary work. Again, I was not present and John handled everything.
