Available and Professional

John was always available virtually 24 seven. He even responded on Easter. We did not test the 3 AM call but we did text and or call early morning late nights and he was responsive. Guided us through the process and was extremely accommodating when we needed to get Quotes from workers or wanted to take another walk-through. He was always available. Two thumbs up.
