John was always available virtually 24 seven. He even responded on Easter. We did not test the 3 AM call but we did text and or call early morning late nights and he was responsive. Guided us through the process and was extremely accommodating when we needed to get Quotes from workers or wanted to take another walk-through. He was always available. Two thumbs up.

I just completed my first home buying experience going through the lender process and getting a VA loan. The VA is incredibly picky and when you think you've given them everything they need, they ask for another thing! John walked us through all of it with knowledge and patience. He helped to arrange inspections personally and all I had to do was call on the phone to pay! He was a true advocate for me throughout this entire process and I am so grateful to him! I would highly recommend John to anyone buying/selling a home. He is honest in the walk through of properties of things to consider, he is detail-oriented and ensures everything is accounted for, and he is patient and kind.
