I bought this home about 7 years ago as a single mom of 2 kids and picked this cute little home after so many months of searching for the perfect home with John’s help. He made sure I ended up in a good home I didn’t have to do renovations with as he knew at that time money was limited. It was only fitting that I gave this back to him to sell as I moved on to another phase in my life. I will always be grateful for him guiding me through the whole process and I’ve certainly became more adept at reading loan documents because of him as he was patient enough to break everything down for me. He catered to my OCD tendencies ! I warned him that I’m the type to want to know every detail and his response was “bring it on! … LOL. He has helped a lot of my family members buy and sell their homes and there is no one I would trust more to do this. He made my whole experience very seamless and very supportive along the way.
