About John

Real Estate is my passion. Licensed in 2004, I have been through big ups-and-downs in the real estate market and each one has taught me lasting business lessons. I know how important it is to listen to the needs, wants, and desires of my clients and work very hard every day to deliver on those. I am a native of Colorado living the past 30 years+ on acreage property in Parker Colorado where my wife Tracey and I raised three terrific kids, Black Angus, and we currently are on our 6th pair of horses that my wife and daughters ride. I have great experience in rural acreage property first hand everyday and all the transactions over the years. I have owned investment single family homes (6) in Parker since 1997 that I manage and care for. We have had the pleasure of meeting wonderful tenants that have rented from us over the years and during that time, we have helped them find their perfect next home to purchase in a low stress and seamless process. It is a great joy to work past clients kid's and families now with buying their first homes as I have with their parents. It is still exciting be a Realtor selling client's homes and finding their next memory making home. RE/MAX is a big supporter of Children's Miracle Network here in the Metro Area and its great to be apart of that. Thank you and I am looking forward to helping many more people have their piece of the American Dream through home ownership.
