I hired John Capaldo to sell my house this past spring. Once we met, I knew from the start that I made the right choice for an experienced realtor to sell my house of 12 years – a realtor who really knows the current housing market and one who gets the job done. Once John visited my property he gave me a good asking price, but being the seller, I wanted to go higher. However, my higher price did not work but my house did sell at the actual price that John quoted me from the beginning. John went above and beyond in assisting me to sell me house, and my home sold within two weeks. There were so many parties interested in purchasing my house that I could not keep up with the constant flow of visitors. John not only helped me to sell my house but he assisted me with the purchase of my new home!! If I were to move again, I would certainly use John and his real estate expertise.
