John can best describe himself as an expressive analytic. He not only approaches nearly every professional task with enthusiasm, but also with the knowledge and experience of the nuts and bolts that are behind the project at hand. John is the Broker/Owner of Bowen Real Estate of Cape Cod, Inc. He's always been passionate about real estate, either as a long time property manager or as a real estate investor in the Upper Cape Cod area. John's been responsible for the management, development, marketing and administration of numerous properties on Cape Cod since 1989, for both his own properties and those owned by third parties. He has supervised maintenance staff, marketed properties for rent, developed and administered budgets and managed capital improvements on these properties. His prior sales and management experience in other industries has translated well to the management and marketing of properties for sale and rent. Even though John is the Owner/Broker of his own Real Estate Company, he is responsible for the year-round rentals at Bowen Real Estate of Cape Cod, as well as the sale of properties from the tip of Provincetown, MA to the birthplace of Katherine Lee Bates, author of America the Beautiful Falmouth, Cape Cod. Home purchase

I found John to be very experienced. The sellers I bought from were very difficult. John was able to professionally navigate a challenging process to successful completion. He is also quite familiar with the area and was able to offer plenty of practical advice for a new homeowner about services and tradespeople I needed.
