Having lived in a Barth Developed subdivision...
Having lived in a Barth Developed subdivision for nearly 6 years I have first-hand experience of how John and David Barth operate their business. I will never buy another property from them. John personally told me that he was going to take care of security/street lights being out on my street nearly 10 months ago. I have repeatedly inquired about the progress to fix them and he has consistently blamed the issue on the City of RIverside.
