During the contract negotiation process, he provided frequent communication on the buyer, buyers contract and the buyers ability to have funds to complete the sale. He constantly updated me on the sale process and then assured me of that all of the process was going as planned. He contacted the selling agent on several minor issues and they were resolved before closing. Excellent job. As for professionalism, he has years of experience behind him and was an excellent agent.
