I’ve known John for over 30 years, he was k realtor when I purchased my first home, back in 1998. John brings years of knowledge and just a good understanding on homes, including those things that most people wouldn’t even consider, or question. He’s very accommodating with regards to aligning schedules. He’s just a good guy!!!
John had excellent knowledge of the market with sales comparisons presented to me. During the contract negotiation process, he provided frequent communication on the buyer, buyers contract and the buyers ability to have funds to complete the sale. He constantly updated me on the sale process and then assured me of that all of the process was going as planned. He contacted the selling agent on several minor issues and they were resolved before closing. Excellent job. As for professionalism, he has years of experience behind him and was an excellent agent.
He is vey knowledgeable in market, very good communication skill. Understanding and representing seller’s goal and then dedicated to get job done on time.
