I moved cross country so I needed someone who was very hands on to take over the sale of my house and John was the perfect realtor for my situation. He has great communication skills, incredible knowledge of the market, is diligent in following up with leads, has many connections to different contractors, and has tons of experience and wisdom that helped me make good choices that led to my house being sold well. We had some tricky moments but John was able to tactfully navigate all those situations with integrity and skill. Unless your house is in excellent condition, you will need cleaners, rug specialists, handymen, movers, estate sale agents and more.
