John Armellino is the hardest working realtor I have met. He was wonderful with my mother and helped us to prepare her home for sale. He was communicative at every stage of the process and called us regularly with updates. He did everything he could to get my mother the best price possible on her house. In addition to being very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions, John was able to go above and beyond by actually putting me in contact with professionals who were able to put the finishing touches on my home as I prepared to sell. He was also able to guide me in the right direction for what were fair negotiations and also when the requests were unreasonable.
