John on point on market conditions. He had extensive knowledge of tradesmen to do roofing, siding, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and asbestos abatement. All of these were needed to get this house ready for market. He gave great counsel through the assessment and inspection including negotiating a subset of the findings that would be worked and associated price negotiation. We got an offer eights days after the house was listed, which subsequently closed. Overall , a great house selling experience.
