John helped us sell our home. His knowledge of the local market helped us price our house just right so that it got a lot of attention. His marketing brought in lots of prospective buyers and multiple offers. John on point on market conditions. He had extensive knowledge of tradesmen to do roofing, siding, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and asbestos abatement. All of these were needed to get this house ready for market. He gave great counsel through the assessment and inspection including negotiating a subset of the findings that would be worked and associated price negotiation. We got an offer eights days after the house was listed, which subsequently closed. Overall , a great house selling experience.
