When selling our property John was right there with helpful suggestions on how to properly stage our home for showings. Never with any pressure but always with encouragement. He was instrumental in negotiating two additional days in our home after closing. This was big because it gave us the extra time we needed to move our belongings. On the purchase side there were a number of change orders. John listened to our needs and wrote the change orders in clear language and handled negotiations with the builders rep. In the end we felt we were treated fairly by our builder, and we are very happy with our purchase. Through all of this John called frequently - not so much as to be a pest, but just to see how we were doing. He made sure everything was transparent to us and that we knew exactly where we were in the process. He even showed up on moving day to see that everything was going well.
