Within minutes of our first phone call, she was already sending me listings and helped me figure out what I was looking for. Since I was open to different neighborhoods around Columbus and am from Cincinnati originally, I relied heavily on Hanna’s expertise for which areas of town would best suit my needs. Hanna made me feel like I was her top priority, even though I know she had other clients at the same time we were looking. We saw several houses the same day I requested, which was a HUGE advantage in a competitive and hot market like Columbus. Through the buying process, Hanna was very professional and walked me through every document I was signing and explained to me very simply how the process would work. I’m happy to say I now own a great home and I owe much of the credit to Hanna. 10/10 would recommend.

Hanna was absolutely amazing during the process of buying our first home. She worked closely with us to find the perfect home that was within our budget and had everything we were looking for. She ended up finding us a home that I was hesitant on even looking at because the pictures were not as appealing as some other homes we had looked at. Hanna asked us to give it a chance and so we trusted her and went and saw the home anyway. It had everything we wanted, but it was outdated and we didn't think we could make it work. She suggested things we could do to the inside with a little bit of paint and hard work and I started to see the potential in the home with her help. Now we have the home of our dreams and it is a completely different house! The best part is that we paid less and got a much larger home than we expected!!! I am forever thankful for Hanna!

Johanna was a joy to work with... She very quickly got the "vibe" as to what my wife and I were looking for (not easy considering we both had different ideas as to what was important to us). In the end she found the perfect house for us and we could not be happier. She is now working with with mother and father in-law to help them find their retirement home.

Hanna was always able to schedule time with us to look at houses, and she responded quickly to phone, texts, or emails. When we found our perfect home, she handled all the communications with the sellers quickly, so we wouldn't miss out. After we had an accepted offer for the we bought, the closing details were handled professionally and quickly. I could really gush for a long time over how happy we have been to work with Hanna, but let me just say that if you are buying or selling a house, this is the person you want on your side.

Hanna made our home buying experience a breeze. We literally had the best experience ever... We started looking just before Halloween and we're closed and move in just after Thanksgiving. Truly a pleasure to work with her.

I met Hanna at an Open House in Grove City and within the first 5 minutes we clicked and I knew she would be the person to help us find my forever home. She was so patient with the timing and process. Always running to Grove City when we wanted to see something ASAP. There was one home we loved and didn't get and I think she was as upset as we were.
