We had been browsing homes for well over a year but never found one we absolutely loved. Hanna stuck with us and never made us feel any pressure to see homes or put in offers. I have bought and sold three residents in the last 6 years. Johanna is the first realtor that I have used to buy and sell the same house! As soon as she was signed as an agent, she picked up on the little things that had been missed, asked if they could be fixed quickly, and scheduled an open house for that weekend. Johanna handled feedback, expectations, and communication professionally. If Johanna does not know the answer, she will find someone who does. I highly recommend Johanna, I wish I could use her for all real estate transactions, but unfortunately I've moved out of state.
