Johanna absolutely went to bat for me. I've bought & sold maybe 10 houses & I've never had a realtor who was so tancious when it came to fact checking all of the listings I checked out. Before I even had a chance to drive by, she would text and say things like, "it's got an encroaching property line on it" or "there's no septic on file" or "the listing agent is not being honest about the heated square footage." She fine combed everything & made sure that whatever I was interested in was going to be a solid investment for me. She did legal leg work that, in spite of my hefty background in buying & selling houses, did not know needed to be done. When the closing attorney made multiple mistakes, she discovered those serious mistakes (I never would have) & she called them out on it & had them correct them. In the final negotiations of the price of the home, she took the ball & haggled the seller down & got a price I did not think was possible. All I had to do was sit back, relax, & let Johanna do EVERYTHING!!!
