Loved working with Johanna! She is very patient and knowledgeable! We looked at homes in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough before finding a home that exceeded our expectations within our price range! We used a VA loan and she was wonderful in helping us find VA friendly homes and very helpful with what to expect during inspections. 10/10 would recommend!
Johanna was/is a pleasure to work with. She listened to us and made recommendations based on our wants and needs. And our needs and wants were considerable, and diverse. I was worried we were too demanding. And Johanna always reassured us that it was OK and that it was all part of what she did. That she was always here for us, and she was. Also based on our needs, wants and budget, she encouraged us to look at alternative areas from where we initially were looking. And she was on the money! We found the best house for us that not only met our needs but exceeded all our needs and expectations! We found a totally rehabbed house with all new or recent mechanicals, electrical and plumbing, and sits on a small lake with only minutes to the beach. We never thought this was possible but Johanna made it happen. We can't be more appreciative for all she has done for us in finding our forever home.
South Tampa has experienced a hot market which made it difficult to find a place. Johanna was on top of it all the way - from helping me be the first buyer to see the house to getting an offer submitted and negotiated quickly. I love my new home and couldn't have done it without her.
