We have had Joey as our awesome agent through the buying and selling of our home years ago as well as the buying of our current home. He has always been extremely helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and dedicated to helping us get what we wanted. He is friendly and professional and will go out of his way to help you find the right home. We plan to have him help us in the future if/when we sell our current house.

Great realtor. We listed our house in Mt Sterling and purchased a new home in Lawrenceburg. He was our agent for both. Within 4 days we had two offers on our house in Mt Sterling and our contract in Lawrenceburg was accepted. He walked us through all the steps involved in both transactions. Joey is AWESOME he helped us sell our previous home for us and then helped us buy a new home. He was fantastic with his negotiation skills on both. He made sure that we received a solid offer for our home that we sold and of course made sure that our new home was a good and safe purchase. When we began the process of selling our home, he did a walk through, recommended to us what we should fix or polish up before we put our home on the market, and WOW, it worked, in just under 2 days after putting our home on the market it was sold, just like that. Joey knows the area, because he does his research, he informed us what was out in the market that would not only be a good home for us, but also a good investment if we chose to sell later. As you can see I can't say enough about Joey. My husband and I both have said if we decided to move again, he will be our realtor without a doubt.

Joey made the process of selling and building our new home so easy! The selling of our home (which we assumed would be stressful) was very simplistic with Joey’s advise and help. After selling, we looked for new homes for awhile before deciding to build and Joey made that process very easy as well. The dedication and amount of time he gave for us is so appreciated. We were able to enjoy the process instead of dreading it.
