While studying architecture during his academic career, Joey’s affinity for New Orleans homes grew stronger. He found himself immersed in the beauty of New Orleans historical homes and invested in the preservation of New Orleans diverse neighborhoods, even winning the Freshman Writing Award for his research paper entitled “The Gentrification of the Lower Garden District.” Joey's background in architecture and immense love for New Orleans gave him the perfect foundation to launch a successful real estate career, and he has been proudly serving the New Orleans community ever since.
