I am an agent in CA, but I had no clue about TN. My broker hooked my husband and me up with Joey. From our first conversation, I knew she was the perfect agent. We ended up not buying the original property. Joey and my husband found the perfect property. Real estate in both CA and TN are the same yet very different. Joey walked us threw the whole process step by step. There are some different inspections that we don't do in CA that they do here in TN. Joey explained those to us so we knew what we wanted to do. I gained A LOT of knowledge from her. Something we greatly appreciated. We went into contract on a house that I had never seen. Joey knew me well enough at that point that I trusted the house would be a good fit. Joey was so on point with inspections and everything that comes with buying a home that can be a stressful nightmare Joey made it literally stress-free. We were in a different time zone and many times I called her way after normal business hours and she was always available. Joey really cares about each and every one of her clients. Her customer service is incredible and she went way above and beyond for us! Joey is amazing and I just can't say enough wonderful things about her. I have and will continue to refer clients to her. She is a rockstar!
