Joell was recommended to me by a neighbor here in Corvallis, OR. Still fragile from a family tragedy, she became my champion, as she put it. She is remarkable! In addition to the preparation of my tired little house, she provided an amazing amount of support as I undertook the daunting task(s) required. She worked with me, not just for me, and knew all the right people to call, including a home inspector who turned out to be a former student of mine! I am assuming there is an award for Best Real Estate Agent Ever - if so, Joell deserves it! She sold me my first home (a condo) in 1990 and I thought she was so awesome that I called her when it came time to sell my father's property 26 years later! I wouldn't use anyone else - she has great attention to detail, is well respected, works tirelessly, handled a complex sale and I could not recommend her highly enough. She navigated a "interesting" ad home owners association as well as listing my property from the original owner - purchased 45 years ago. You won't be disappointed!!!
