I have had the pleasure of working with Joell as a buyer and a seller. Joell was recommended to me 17 years ago when I bought my first house. My first home buying experience was complicated. My offer was one of 4 offers and when we thought we could celebrate with the offer being accepted the seller’s bankruptcy lawyer then went on vacation out of the country for 6 weeks leaving the transaction in limbo.
