Joel really impressed me. I consider myself a real estate proffessional who has worked with multiple different realtor and Joel was the best I have worked with. The amount of information he has makes it impossible for one to make a bad purchase. I would expect a realtor to tell me about the location of a home, the nightlife, the school district but Joel will also tell you who built the home and the reputation of the builder even if they have not been around for over 10 years. I have never met a more thorough real estate proffesional. He even walked me through the county records for the home we purchased and how the property taxes were being calculated.
