We were new to this Temecula area and did not fully understand the CFD taxes vs areas without these taxes..Joel was extremely helpful on guiding us through all the process. He was knowledgeable of the area and was able to find us the right homes within our budget. We got to visit several homes until we found the right one for us. We loved our purchase! After the purchase he was kind enough to offer help with some home improvements like hanging a TV on the wall, replacing door knobs, we trully appreciated that help since we did not know anyone in the area to do it for us. .
