Joel Silverthorn help my family and I purchase a home recently. This was complicated by the fact that we were moving from out of country, and wouldn't be able to see any of the homes in person. Joel used his knowledge and experience of the market area to direct us to desirable family neighborhoods, as well as areas with existing pride of ownership. We sold 3 pieces of property (1 being raw land) and purchased one with Joel last year alone and he was phenomenal.
