Joel Salmond

Joel was a great guy to work with on the purchase of our new home. If there was a question he didn’t have the answer to right away, he worked diligently to find one promptly, which can be tricky with a foreclosure property! He was always willing to be at the house “one more time” for us and went above and beyond when he covered the hardwood floors for us prior to moving day! Our move was 150mi., so communication was important. Joel stayed on top of things with our selling realtor and financial company, and it all pulled together in a very uncomplicated transaction! We couldn’t be happier in our retirement dream home, and Joel helped make that happen. We are thankful he was on the other end of the deal.

As a someone who recently moved to Bend, I was really impressed with how well Joel knows the area. He showed me a number of houses and was very organized. He even brought me a clipboard with MLS print out so I could take notes. I look forward to working with him for years to come!
