Joel was given the difficult task of finding a home for our mother who had been displaced by the sale of the rental she was in. He worked tirelessly for months to find her the perfect place. It is never easy to deal with a buyer who is not local, yet Joel made the whole thing work. He was always available and willing to do whatever was needed, he kept us appraised of what was out there in a volatile housing market and he made the entire process as simple as possible. His knowledge of Tampa Bay and surrounding areas is excellent! Closing was a breeze as was the walk thru. He made sure we were happy and that everything was as it should be. We cannot begin to thank him for his professionalism and assistance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for their future home.
