Joel Hair

We were brought together with Joel through the Preferred Realtor program from Ivory Homes. In spite of our efforts to distract Joel with our wonderful wit and great energy, he insisted on presenting his resume and telling us about his experience as a realtor. Once we moved through these preliminaries, we settled down and Joel went to work. He did a walk around and through our home, took some pics, gave us some advice, and wrote an ad. We received 3 offers in 2 days! WHAT???? Joel's expertise and our " great energy" fast-tracked us to a very successful sale.
